آموزش محیط زیست در ایران

Abstract

Environmental education is complex, with its variety of subjects, persons, and methods of teaching. Environmental education is impossible unless we use a unified system of teaching about the environment. This case study clarifies organizations’ degrees of success, by revealing the importance of partnership among the people teaching about Iran’s environment. This field study uses a survey research plan. The community contributing statistics to this research includes 188 members of nongovernmental environmental organizations of the city of Mashhad, Iran. SPSS software has been used for data analysis, and all data were analyzed in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. Upon summation of the views of the organizations’ members, it was determined that these organizations are an important part of the national effort to protect the environment. In order to achieve better utilization of nongovernmental organizations’ abilities, and in order to elevate Iran’s environmental education, it is necessary to evaluate whether environmental education is conducted with proper programming at the upper executive and legal levels.
